| | Details | Note: As of Spring 2010 we have not had enough interest in this course to hold it on a regular basis.
Students who wish to be certified in Child & Infant CPR or Child & Infant CPR and First Aid are advised to enroll in one of our Childcare CPR classes in addition to a Babysitter's Training.
This two-day course teaches 11-15 year olds how to handle emergencies, prevent accidents, and understand children’s needs at different ages. Students learn the skills every parent wants in his or her babysitter including safety, basic child care, safe play, First Aid and critical emergency action skills. This two-day, expanded version of the regular Babysitter's course will include certification in Infant & Child CPR (a one-year certification.) Students enrolled in this class must be at least 11 through 15 years of age.
